Job DescriptionPrime Function Plan & initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.Determine effective and productive sales programs.Build relationships with all current and prospective customers.Update & upgrade knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by Mercure Hyderabad KCP.Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area/segment and prepare and conduct sales presentations in coordination with the Sales Manager.Ensure achievement of objectives established in the Organization's Strategic Plan.Report any matter affecting the interests of Mercure Hyderabad KCP to Management.Operational Management Ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments.Increase hotel's market share.Contribute to an increase in business volume.Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goals, and periodically take necessary corrective action.People Management Establish and maintain seamless coordination & cooperation with all departments of Mercure Hyderabad KCP to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service.Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Attend to guest complaints, requests, or inquiries regarding beverages and services.Financial Management Identify optimal, cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same.Assist the Food & Beverage Supervisor in preparing and submitting all necessary information for budgeting in a timely and accurate manner.QualificationsExcellent Communication skills.Self-driven individual, with a proactive and positive approach to change.A team player, motivator & self-starter.
