We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, goal-oriented, and outgoing salesperson to join our team at EF.
This role is perfect for someone eager to kickstart a successful career in sales, connecting with people both over the phone and in person. If you have excellent social skills and a knack for understanding customer needs, you can effectively sell our programs and contribute to our growing success.
Immediately you will have the opportunity to make an impact in the life of our international language students, whilst having the possibility of building your long-term career.
Responsibilities: Promote and sell language & study programs abroad through direct customer contactSell both on the phone and during face-to-face consultations.Managing CRM in a smart and effective manner.Represent EF at fairs, offline events, and info meetings.Achieve ambitious sales targets and meet customer expectations.Be a team player but also reach your individual goals. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of sales experience with achieved resultsDemonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated, with excellent closing skills.Positive attitude and great team spiritAbility to work effectively under pressure.Bachelor's degree or equivalentFluent Spanish, Catalan and minimum B2 level in EnglishInternational experience (study/work)Good presence and ability to speak in public.
