We are looking for a salesperson for the Boss Store, La Cañada, located in the shopping centre of La Cañada (Marbella). We need experienced Sales Associates to work. 20 hours a week from Monday to Sunday. High level of English, B2-C1. Another language is highly valued. The contract is for long-term leave of absence. We need energetic and positive people who are willing to work. Immediate onboarding. What you can expect: Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every sales opportunity. Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store objectives, as well as improve KPI indicators. Identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to inquiries about the price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise. Ensure that all customer orders and modifications are resolved efficiently and promptly. Optimize sales with product knowledge, leveraging the best advantage to recommend and attract customers' attention to products, in order to maximize sales opportunities. Take advantage of every opportunity to capture customer data to expand the HUGO BOSS database, and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty. Your profile: Experiencia demostrable en Ventas Retail dentro de una marca de Moda. Capacidad de afrontar cambios. Excelente Imagen personal.
