Sales and Profitability
- Consistently meet individual sales targets.

Customer Service
- Enhance brand image and increase customer's product understanding with excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge.
- Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through.

Operation Standards
- Maintain in-store display according to company standards and prevent stock damage.
- Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash, and other daily operations.
- Maintain sales records and assist in inventory and account reconciliation.

Job Requirements
- Sales driven, with strong customer service acumen.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
- Highly committed, energetic, and a team player.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Incredible communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work throughout the week, including weekends.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; other languages are a plus.
