If you are ready to join our team as a Sales Support Trainee this is your Opportunity!! In this role, you'll be crucial in helping our sales team at every step of the process. Your tasks will include providing administrative support, managing sales data, coordinating with clients, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. It's a great opportunity to learn and grow in the world of sales!

Here's a breakdown of the primary functions and responsibilities of Sales Support and Operations:

Administrative Support

Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including data entry,

report generation, and document preparation.

Maintain and organize sales files and records for easy access.

Client Communication

Conducting monthly VoM programs.

Consultants Communication

Ensure Consultants satisfaction by Conducting monthly VoC programs– To be moved to AM scope.

Sales Data Management

Administer and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness within the CRM.

Travel and Expenses Management

Handle travel expenses (before, during and after travel) – 25% goes to facility manager

Timesheet Management

Timesheets - monthly email requests for both IT and Human Pharma divisions; Individual check of each TS received to match with calendar that consultant is

Ensure client satisfaction by

Address consultants queries via email, text and calls

Payment's chase for both salaries and travel expenses

Following, bank holidays and vacations taken; Redoing each TS for client's format request, uploading in zoho and following up until final signature – 40%

Onboardings

Own & Manage consultants onboarding

Make sure Clients Onboarding as well as Finances and P&C dept. Onboarding

are executed.

2.8) Sales Team Collaboration 1.4) Training & Onboarding

Coordinate training sessions for new sales team members.

Requirements Have a high or fluent level of English and be pursuing studies related to the position in order to be able to make an agreement with the university.
