The Sales Support Assistant / Sales Associate offers reliable support to the accredited brokers of the cluster and helps improve efficiency.QUALIFICATIONS:College degree required (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)Knowledge in using Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environmentPreferably with sales support experienceWilling to work at Puerto Princesa, PalawanDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales ManagementProvides weekly summary of sales report and performance of in-house sales to the clusterSecures timely reports to the cluster such as but not limited to sales data, sales performance, incentive performance, tripping, and expensesAssists in sales booking of in-house sales groupsFacilitates monthly manning schedules and reports of in-house sales groupsMonitors sales generated funds of the sales teamMonitors commission and incentives of sellersClosely interacts with different departments to help identify possible solutions to systems and process-related concernsMarketingAssists in sales and marketing activities when neededProvides proactive weekly feedback of in-house sales group on their marketing activitiesEnsures sales materials such as flyers, brochures, forms, etc. are always available when neededEnsures proper safekeeping of giveaways, tokens, and other sales-related itemsSales BookingAssists in sales booking of brokers and ensures that all sales for the month are booked and closedCoordinates with operations and customer service departments for booking processesAssists in the after-sales of the in-house sellers' clients#J-18808-Ljbffr
