Available Positions:Rental Coordinator Agent
What is it? - We are looking for capable Rental Agents to present and lease properties to prospective clients. You will work as an intermediary between apartment owners and clients in order to rent properties in Barcelona. You will start as an assistant and when the rental coordinator thinks you are ready, you can become a rental agent. You will soon be our rental coordinator and coordinate our rental agents and interns. You can get some fixed manager hours if you help us coordinate the office.
Requirements:
• You must be fluent in either spoken and written English and Spanish. Speaking any other language is a bonus.
• Independence: you must manage your own time and schedule, you will be in charge of your own schedule.
• Organized: you need to be detail-oriented and organized. Some administrative tasks are required.
• Compensation: No fixed salary - 100% commission-based.Listing Agent
What is it? - Your job is to find new apartments for sale and rent in Barcelona. You will call homeowners and help to convince them to work with us. Go on visits to their apartments, take pictures and upload them on our database software.
Requirements:
• You must have a strong understanding of Spanish, both written and spoken, and good English writing skills for property descriptions.
• Speaking other languages is a bonus.
• You must be a resourceful person, willing and able to go out to actively search and find apartments for us to publish on our website and portals.
• You will write descriptions of the properties in English and in Spanish. If you progress quickly you will also have the chance to get a few clients of your own. You will get a commission for each apartment you find for us. You get a % of our agency fee when we sell it - Also you get your own clients too.Sales Person
What is it? - You will work as a salesperson. You will help to call owners, update properties online, and help to get new flats for sale. Be a part of the sales process.
Requirements:
• You must be fluent in either spoken and written English and Spanish.
• You must be Independent: Sales assistants must manage their own time and schedules, you will be in charge of your own schedule.
• You need to be detail-oriented and organized.
• You need experience in sales (real estate).
