We are a rapidly growing Cosmetics Distribution company looking for a commercially orientated Sales Executive with an understanding of Operations and Logistics to manage fulfilment for our retail customers in the UK and Europe.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor orders of our customer accounts throughout Europe.Ensure communication with customers and give them full visibility of their order status from acceptance to delivery.Use ERP to maintain stock control, support purchasing and promote and maximise customer SLAs.Communicate order demand and workflow to various 3pls in order to meet customer demand.Keep abreast of store openings for existing customers and new customers, coordinating with Merchandising companies so that stock and display units and/or stands arrive on time, in full and ready for launch.Be aware of and coordinate with the 3pls, optimal transport options to meet demand but within budget.Invoicing customers and creating required documentation for shipments, accounting and administrative purposes where necessary.Prepare a suite of weekly reports for senior management.Organise and attend regular review meetings with customers.Work alongside the Trade Marketing and Sales teams to promote sales and execute planned marketing activities.RequirementsFluent German & English.Experience in customer service/sales admin.Ability to work independently and multitask.Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software.Knowledge of project management tools.Outstanding Microsoft Office knowledge.Minimum intermediate knowledge and experience of Excel.Personal AttributesThe ability to be resilient in the face of setbacks and to stay calm under pressure is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work as a team for the common goal but with personal ambition to succeed.
