Your responsibilities as a Sales and Marketing Consultant (French Speaker) will be:
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our serviceCreate, maintain and update database of customers with complete informationConsolidate existing customer base while building a new customer baseRecord outbound call history and customers' responses in detailEnsure customer follow-up all the timeMonitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for our own products or servicesHandle customer needs and requirementsRespond to customer inquiries and resolveWhat you need to succeed in this role:
Native proficiency in French and fluent EnglishPrevious sales experienceExperience with CRMStrong written and oral business communication skillsComfortable in goal driven environment and attaining goals with broader teamExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalGoal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious and proactiveAble to work independently, but within a team environmentStrong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business modelsCustomer driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experienceWhat's in it for you?
