Overview:Support in commercial operations at global levelRepresent mAbxience with our Partners in all the aspects associated to sales reports and monitoringSupport the Global Commercial Director with some commercial leadsSupport in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations for Management Review Monthly Meetings and BOD presentations.Responsibilities:Development of tools to use of data and statistical analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of how the business is performing and find areas for improvementPrice Master File administration and trend follow upPrice Reports per region and globalSettlement and Reconciliation Reports per partner and regionWork along with the Finance Department in the Reconciliation reports per client ensuring quarterly reports accordinglyLiaison with Financial Department in the preparation of monthly sales reports as well as S&OP meeting preparationAccountabilities:KPI related to the job. The position will be accountable for all the Reconciliation Reports, Price monitoring at global and regional level and a key liaison between mAbxience and its partners. Sales Reports and associated tools will be also under his/her responsibility.Qualifications:Education: University DegreeLanguages: Fluent English and functional Spanish, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.Experience (years/area): 1-2 yearsSpecific Knowledge: Commercial reporting, Settlement & Price Reconciliation Reports experience, Power BI tools, Sales reporting and business analysis.Travels: N/APersonal skills: Communication, detail-oriented, focused and organized.
