Meaningful Work From Day One This position is responsible for support, preparing and developing reports and tools for sales based on internal and external data sources and provide analysis and recommendations based on reported outcomes. Also, you will give administrative and logistics support to the Head of Sales and the sales team in daily topics.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract (office/hybrid role - 4 days a week in the office).
What You Can Expect Collecting and processing data and reports regarding the work of Key Account Managers, area managers, and brand developers.Handling support and optimizing the reporting systems and tools using internal and external data sources (e.g., create stocks reporting from wholesalers).Prepare ad hoc analysis and recommendations for the Head of Sales.Preparing statistical short term sales forecasts with commercial input.Work closely with the Head of Sales to assign volume targets by sales headcount.Control trade agreements following sales policy.Follow up on trade agreements (volume and investment).Calculate sales incentive by sales HC.Creating and customizing ad hoc sales reports based on SAP and external customer data.Support the enhancement and compliance of Sales / Finance processes, standards, and systems.Managing, updating, and ensuring high quality of the customers database.Support for the Sales Department in administrative tasks.Ensuring proper flow of internal documents (i.e.: price list, terms of trade, on-packs, etc.).Direct communication with field force and ensuring proper information flow.Provide training to Sales employees regarding tools and data analysis.What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree or similar education.At least 3 years of experience within a sales department or databases.PC proficiency, MS Office, SAP, others valued.Fluent in English speaking and writing.What Makes You Unique Sales knowledge.Who We Are We believe great people build great brands.
