What's your Mission?
You'll be helping people who may have been treated unfairly: Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering a positive brand experience Assist leads from various channels (TikTok, Google, social media) to determine if they have been mis-sold high-interest credit cards (revolving cards) Gather detailed information about the credit card and its terms using HubSpot Process legal onboarding documents (LFA/LSA) to authorize legal action on behalf of the customer (working knowledge of LFA/LSA is a plus) Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently Sales Potential: Identify potential leads who may qualify for the Justalia program, which helps customers who have been mis-sold credit cards.
Explain the Justalia program and its benefits to qualified leads, generating interest and encouraging participation.
Track customer interactions and report on key metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Requirements What skills & experience will you bring to us?
, Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with customers Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus Good to Have: Knowledge of Spanish consumer protection laws (particularly those related to credit card mis-selling) Experience processing legal documents Benefits What do we offer?
Start date: January 20th, 2025 Contract: Temporary 3 months with the possibility to be extended - (1-month probation period) Full-time: (39 hours/week) Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday rotative between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Basic Salary: €18,461.67 gross per year Performance Bonus: Earn a bonus of upto €840 gross per month based on sales target Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu Hybrid work model: 4 days per month at the office / training / rest from home Training: 2 weeks from the office Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera) Additional Benefits: Employee Assistance Program - Free, confidential, and impartial guidance and support.
