We've helped thousands of people, all on ano-win, no-feebasis, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.What's your Mission?You'll be helping people who may have been treated unfairly:Buildrapport and trust with customers, fostering a positive brand experienceAssistleads from various channels (TikTok, Google, social media) to determine if they have been mis-sold high-interest credit cards (revolving cards)Gatherdetailed information about the credit card and its terms using HubSpotProcesslegal onboarding documents (LFA/LSA) to authorize legal action on behalf of the customer (working knowledge of LFA/LSA is a plus)Provideexcellent customer service and support, resolving inquiries and issues efficientlySales Potential:Identifypotential leads who may qualify for the Justalia program, which helps customers who have been mis-sold credit cards.Explainthe Justalia program and its benefits to qualified leads, generating interest and encouraging participation.Trackcustomer interactions and report on key metrics to measure program effectiveness.RequirementsWhat skills & experience will you bring to us?
