You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they make an informed decision.

What You'll DoBe an expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.Understand the needs and preferences of each customer, offering a personalized solution that meets their preferences.Provide detailed and transparent information about the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience.Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines.Be a trusted advisor for customers, answering any questions they may have and addressing any concerns or objections they may raise.Provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations, building a long-term relationship with them.Meet or exceed sales targets and performance evaluation criteria.Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.What You'll BringWork agilely and flexibly to meet the sales and delivery needs of the department.Ensure accurate recording and updating of customer data and all actions in our internal systems.Execute and share best practices within and outside your work center.Educate customers about the complete Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions to meet their needs.Execute sales administrative tasks promptly, including contract execution and financing, while working closely with all stakeholders to achieve this.Perform any additional management and support tasks as needed.
