Position: Marketing & Sales Indirect Business Development Specialist - J&J MedTech Endo & EnergyThe candidate must have a national strategic vision for creating/adapting annual Marketing & Sales plans for the indirect channel concerning the products under their responsibility.
They will be responsible for managing specific projects that impact the entire indirect channel of J&J Medtech Surgery Spain.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct: The new role requires training in products and processes to gain deep knowledge of critical areas for the channel and thus the most important products, e.g., launches.Marketing: Act as a liaison with the marketing departments of each division to collaborate by providing the indirect channel's perspective in creating events, courses, trainings, launches, and congresses.Communication: Develop a specific communication channel with the TPIs and their sales network, sharing product information, updates from the indirect channel, launches, and specific trainings.Training: Coordinate the TPIs academy project to generate a standard of knowledge and best sales practices in the indirect channel.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in healthcare or biomedical field is required.
Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities, are required.
The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills, analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, teamwork and collaboration, and integrity.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, including the ability to design, structure, and lead projects, are necessary.
