The RRD engineering project unit is responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of all projects throughout our Riyadh Refinery facility. This includes ensuring quality standards are met and enhancing capital project efficiency through effective planning and execution strategies.Your primary role as a Cost Engineer will involve providing technical support across all cost-related matters within the refinery's projects. You will serve as a subject matter expert, coordinating cost engineering activities both independently and as a leader or member of project management teams when required. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project costs, preparing estimates, monitoring budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and adherence to schedules.This position requires expertise in cost engineering principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
