Junior Programmatic Trader Trainee
Programmatic Ads are everywhere online. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the programmatic environment, from understanding how programmatic advertising works to trafficking and optimizing real-time campaigns, learning about audiences, targeting, and gaining insights. With the increase of AI uses, this role also brings the opportunity to learn about Dynamic Creatives, which are a type of creatives for online advertising that use technology to automatically assemble ads tailored to each individual viewer. You will understand the logic behind this process and help during the creation of the data architecture that makes everything possible.
We're a mid-tight-knit team within Incubeta, and there will be a huge opportunity to grow into this role as we expand. There will also be close interaction with other Incubeta teams working on a wide range of digital channels, immersing you in the digital marketing world. At Incubeta, we help clients such as McDonald's, Radisson, Odigeo, Puig, Dolce & Gabbana, Lastminute, Ferrero, and many others, increasing their sales through online advertising. Once trained, your role will include helping develop strategy across existing clients and bringing in new business for the company. We want to grow in Spain and are looking for talent to train from the beginning, with real possibilities to stay within our company in the Spanish team.
This diverse role involves dealing with a wide range of clients from small and big companies, varying in their requirements and level of digital maturity. You'll be responsible for supporting the strategy and trading operation of the Media team, primarily supporting reporting, campaign analysis, and ad operation tasks such as creative trafficking, campaign monitoring in DSPs, and implementing identified campaign optimizations. Reporting to the Senior Display Strategist, you'll collaborate closely with the Programmatic Trading Manager, Head of Tech / Creative, and the Data team to ensure Greenlight Digital's Creative/Programmatic Media offering is performance-driven, innovative, and integrated.
Key Outcomes:
Analyze and report performance from dashboards and health checks with associated weekly commentaries.
