We are currently looking for a Talent Partner to join our People Team in Headquarters.Your main functions would be:Partner with teams to understand their needs, provide advice with a can-do attitude, and a proactive approach towards talent and business.Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process at all levels of seniority.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners: headhunters, schools, etc.Carry out internal promotion, high potential, and mobility programs at an international level.Create and support Employer Branding actions, staying up to date with fashion, creative, and business trends.Welcome newcomers and be responsible for their training plans and follow-up.Work on projects in engagement, culture, learning development, employee experience, digitalization, etc.How do we imagine you?Minimum 5 years of experience in headhunting and talent management roles; previous experience in the creative/fashion industry is a big plus.Excellent communication skills.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.High energy and passion.Fluent in both English and Spanish.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Massimo Dutti is a company committed to equal opportunities.
