Talent AcquisitionGuarantee the correct flow of recruitment activities in compliance with internal SOP;Ensure that recruitment progress reports are kept up to date and completed with relevant details;Make sure all pre-onboarding activities are completed on time to guarantee the best onboarding experience for new joiners.TrainingInteract with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee logistics/administrative arrangements are completed on time;Keep tracking of all Training activities to guarantee reports are kept up to date and completed with relevant details.Internal Communication & EngagementProvide operative support for employees' engagement activities.
