(S-511) Regional Director Of Operations - European Ski & Beach PropertiesPOSITION OVERVIEW: We are working for a Spanish fast-growing hospitality group, who is looking for a brand-new Regional Director of Operations for almost 10 different properties located in several countries around Europe. All these properties are managed boutique hotels, which belong to the same property, mainly located in several top ski destinations around different European countries, but not exclusively, since some of the properties are situated in paradise beach destinations, such as the Greek Islands or Costa Brava. You will be the point of contact between the group and the ownership of these hotels, leading the path towards offering unparalleled service, fostering memorable experiences, and creating comfortable and unique spaces where guests feel at home wherever they go. All the relationship with the property will be in English, so we need someone completely fluent and able to travel frequently to visit the different destinations.WHAT WILL WE BE EXPECTING FROM YOU? As our new Regional Director of Operations for these management properties, you will be working close to the property, making necessary suggestions and guidelines to foster the guest & employee experience of all hotels. From the beginning, you will be working with 8 different boutique hotels located in different countries. This represents a crucial role for this group. Therefore, once you onboard in this position and with the support of our Global Director of Operations, you will need to:Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision, goals, and values, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, adapting to the needs of each of the properties.Oversee the day-to-day operations of these boutique hotels, ensuring adherence to quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Drive revenue growth and cost management through effective resource allocation, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies.Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive strategic decision-making.Establish and maintain strong relationships with the ownership of these hotels, as well as vendors, partners, and different stakeholders to support operational objectives and negotiate favorable terms for these properties.Ensure that all our technology solutions to streamline operations are well implemented to enhance guest experiences and improve productivity.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and uphold a safe environment for guests and employees.
