Principal functions include:Lead and hold responsibility for specific program teams and Integrated Agency Team (IAT) to develop and execute the omni-channel marketing communications plan from brief through final analysis.Coordinate annual communication and media plans with the Integrated Agency Team.Ensure plans are aligned with strategic marketing objectives.In conjunction with agencies, drive business performance through disciplined planning, execution, and optimization of audience, channel, and creative across the entire consumer journey.Manage ongoing alignment between marketing, Integrated Agency Team, third-party vendors, sponsorships, and internal stakeholders across day-to-day tactical campaigns.Direct Integrated Agency Team on marketing communications plans for new partnerships, promotional opportunities, and adjustments as warranted.Assist with evaluation and negotiation of potential marketing partners and sponsorship opportunities.Establish and manage annual KPIs.Collect and consolidate relevant data needed for stewardship reports.Establish, manage, and steward annual budgets for communications.Work directly with the IAT, managing agency initiatives day-to-day.Write and lead brief creation, managing input brief and setting scope for agency reviews with senior leadership.Overall end-to-end ownership and management of campaigns, including financial management, procurement processes, and market execution.Ownership of website and social team activities to guide and ensure campaign execution.Requirements:Experience in an agency in a similar role for the UK Market.High proficiency in English (preferably native).Strategic mindset.Project ownership and management.Detail-oriented with adherence to set timelines.Strong communicator, effective at influencing a variety of stakeholders, including those in senior positions.Budget management.Position: 100% remote (you can work from any place inside Spain).
