.The S4E Projects Business Capability Lead will manage the Project Team to finalize the Global Template and to lead the Project Capability for the upcoming Roll-Out Phase. This includes project end-to-end (E2E) processes, Product / Process Governance (PPG), and the Project Systems (PS) Module.How You'll Make an Impact Lead a project team dedicated to finalize the global templateManage capability team's work and ensure appropriate staffingStructures the work in the team, potentially applies a sub-structureIdentification & driving the discussion of Core Design Decisions (incl. KDD) and cross-team alignment workshops and decisionsReporting indirectly to the template leadEnsures the right prioritization and sequencing of work packages by giving due dates of functional specifications, build, and SFT completionEnsures that work packages and items are properly defined, scheduled, assigned to a team member, and delivered on time with high qualityDrive the test preparation (lab data gathering and creation in the system) and plan with E2E architects FIT executionWhat You Bring 10 years' experience in ERP/SAPExperience in strategic projects and/or management consulting as well as project managementBachelor's degree in engineering, business, or similar (Masters preferred)Deep business understanding and a passion to enable business transactions and to drive change in a complex environment.Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and experience of dealing with senior managementBusiness-fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insightsWillingness to travel as neededAbout the Team The team consists of dedicated team members who are striving to make our business best-in-class.
