About the Role: The Operations Analyst will assist in multiple aspects of operations effectiveness. This role will focus on activities such as budgeting capital and operating expenses for the Technology Team. You will work across teams and products to share best practices and influence procedural decisions. You will report to the VP of Financial Operations within the Technology team, who will be your mentor as you grow within the team. You Will: Understand the difference between capital and operational expenditures, and work closely with stakeholders to track spending, forecast expenses, and assist with budget activities. Prepare analysis and reports to support senior management's tactical and strategic decisions, while identifying financial risks and opportunities. Manage purchase requisitions, statements of work, contract renewals, internal labor costs, and coordinate funding request submissions to ensure successful execution of capital projects. You Have: 0-2 years experience with operational activities and financial project management. A degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. Fundamental understanding of budgeting and forecasting. Proficient with Google Suite. History of relationship building and collaboration. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and a growth mindset.
