Descripción del empleo
At Devoteam we are looking for a change management worker who plays a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
It focuses on the people's side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, and organization structures.

The primary responsibility is creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
The change manager works to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Responsibilities: Train end users on Google Workspace Apps and provide support.Create contents for trainings adapted to the client's needs.Create content for manuals and videos on Google Workspace Apps.Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.Manage small to medium change management projects.Lead all change management activities and integrate them into the project plan.Support/create communication efforts.Support/create the design, development, delivery, and management of communication plans.Assess the change impact.Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.Coordinate efforts with other specialists.Track and report issues.Support change management at the organizational level.Follow/create the scope of the project along with the organization. Skills: Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent active listening skills.Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.Experience in Training.Knowledge of Google Workspace Apps.English advanced skills - listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Requisitos: High level of knowledge of Google Workspace tools.Project management experience. Información adicional: Establish Delivery Processes.Supervise team members' performance.Distribute and assign the different projects and tasks.Monitor, control and support service delivery.Be accountable for the quality of service, availability, and performance.
