Job description: Team: In Click&Boat;, there are 3 main operational Business Units:
Supply: Deals with boat owners and ensures the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.Sales: Deals with tenants and supports them throughout the booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.Customer Care: Represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during, and after the trip), and makes the link between boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).You will work in Barcelona and integrate the Supply team, a business unit composed of 15 people, strengthened by seasonal employees during summer, and organized by market. As part of your missions, you will join one of the markets and work alongside a Head of Supply and several Account Managers. You will also work closely with colleagues in charge of international markets, as well as the Sales, Customer Care, and Finance Operations Team.
Tasks: As part of the Croatian team, you will report to Xavi, Head of Supply Spain & Croatia, and work together with Robert, Account Manager Croatia. You will be in charge of your own customer base, composed of professional Croatian boat owners. You'll handle the following tasks, which will vary depending on the business seasonality.
Account Management (50%): You will be in charge of developing the commercial relationships with our partners in the Croatian market and you will closely follow the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, ultimately helping our partners to fully realize their business potential and maximizing the user experience. You will also help yourself using our BI tools and analyzing data to monitor your portfolio performance and to make sure you optimize your actions.Onboarding new partners (20%):
