Descripción completa del empleo Job Description: Prosumer Home - Product Application Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities: Understand OEM prosumer product requirements and prescribe inverters and batteries.
Create all project documentation in terms of energy requirements for prosumer solution, design calculations, drawings, layouts, specifications, block schematics, solution presentation, solution value proposition, compliance table, and software programming procedures.
Grow Prosumer Transactional Business Market Share in targeted sales areas and drive growth at OEM/EOEM targeted accounts in the geography covered.
Deploy new offer launches in the field. Drive acceptance and attendance of our main launch deployment vehicles in the field.
Work with Sales teams to raise competencies around prosumer products (Sales enabler) and activate the Sales cycle.
Work with our channels partners to train staff.
Identify and execute technical sales activities on new customer leads for existing and new offers.
Provide engineering support to the partners during installation in terms of process, tools required, procedures, regulatory compliance, technical interpretations, and support, and ensure quality and commissioning at every level.
Work closely with business forecasting leader to update the Partner.
Experience Level: B.SC in Electrical Engineering or Technical education and/or engineering degree preferable.
Technical engineering validation background related to inverters and batteries.
Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
Good understanding of industrial communications systems for smart/connected systems a plus.
Excellent organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple tasks from a variety of stakeholders.
Analytical thinking, creative, good communicator, presentation skills.
Problem-solving capacity.
Customer service oriented.
