The role
We're looking for a product leader who'll be the driving force in elevating our people, tools, and processes to unparalleled excellence. As a Director of Product, you'll take charge of driving the product strategy and development of products and platforms. Working closely with our CPO and team leaders, you have a vital role in making sure that our business outcompetes and succeeds. You will also directly lead the vision, strategy, and execution of certain products and platforms critical to Heetch's success. This will involve collaborating with engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations experts to build great products that customers love. Your work will directly contribute to Heetch's mission of making mobility more positive. If you have an entrepreneurial passion and drive to never settle, we'd like to hear from you.
A typical day:
- Leading and coaching a team of 2-4 Product Managers
- Creating a vision and strategy that will drive impact towards Heetch's mission
- Defining goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
- Leading cross-functional groups of designers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and successful product launches
- Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your products
- Maintaining a product backlog and the product roadmap
