Description: About Gartner Digital Markets: We are looking for a Senior Manager of Experimentation and Growth Strategy to lead all testing efforts across all marketing channels.
This role will report to the Director of Marketing Operations.
You'll be responsible for driving an overall learning agenda for the marketing team through an organized set of frameworks and processes that layer in qualitative research, analytics, and experimentation.
Ultimately, success will be based on generating actionable insights and ultimately improving user LTV and customer acquisition costs.
What You Will Do: Develop a learning agenda roadmap across the entire marketing department that encompasses qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including partnering with market research, UX research, analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
Establish quarterly and yearly experimentation goals aimed at driving various business, brand, and customer-oriented objectives.
Champion a structured testing framework and submission process to ensure optimal learnings and become a centralized repository for best practices and proven results for the organization.
Build out testing roadmaps for marketing channels and work to align with the Product roadmap.
Build and own a centralized system to manage, archive, and share tests/insights.
Collaborate to understand where CRO testing can be a strong input into learning agendas.
Regularly report out on test results to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
Track incremental impact of testing over time.
What You Will Need: 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of conversion optimization, marketing channels, and UX.
Ability to efficiently analyze data for insight and generate hypotheses for high velocity testing.
Strong competence with A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, and CDPs.
Experience working in a return on ad spend (ROAS) performance marketing framework.
Experience working in a marketplace or lead generation business model.
Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability.
Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
