In this role you will be part of the ManpowerGroup RPO responsible for the recruitment process of Air Products. You will report to the Manpower Program Manager and become part of an international RPO team, which means that you will not only work for Air Products, but also collaborate closely with colleagues within both organizations.

BarcelonaRotterdam or The HagueBrusselsAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will: Play a crucial role in attracting the best technical talents who, like you, are committed to this unique business.Manage the entire recruitment process for various technical and central functions, with a focus on the Dutch-speaking markets.Collaborate with a team of recruiters across Europe, advising hiring managers and HR colleagues on recruitment strategies.
