Job Purpose
To lead a team & develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations.
Key Performance Indicators
The primary indicator will be:
- Proven team leadership
- Proof of creativity, up-to-date knowledge of design trends and visual culture
Secondary indicators will include:
- Accuracy of completion of duties
- Clear, concise communications internally and externally.
Job Duties
- Lead a team of designers in the creation of design concepts and to follow-up all required developments in order to meet the client's expectations.
- Prompt creation of production artwork ready for manufacturing in accurate industry standards and format.
- The creation of all on-brands product and credential presentations for client's meetings.
- The design of publicity literature, catalogues (with the possibility of a periodic newsletter on request).
- Graphics assistance in any other area i.e., internal design assets and marketing materials.
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of product development and design for international brands would be preferred.
- Creative with a good sense of design trends and visual culture.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design and MS Office.
- Experience with 3D rendering.
