Responsibilities: Identify faults, causes, and solutions in F.I. texts.Correctly impute costs (M.O. + Material) to Preventive and Corrective Work Orders.Allocate functional codes in Corrective Work Orders.Assign and follow up on pending operations.Monitor and control modifications and specific activities.Plan wheel reprofiling and wheel changes.Analyze, study, and implement tramway reprofiling policy.Control and manage the rolling database.Propose and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction.Monitor compliance with Technical Committee actions and Quality System.Implement and follow up on the Calibration Plan for the Barcelona Tramways Project.Propose design and manufacture tools for maintenance.Suggest necessary investments to improve maintenance services.Monitor and analyze technical problems with technologists, suppliers, and other ALSTOM units.Lead the electronic tram repair laboratory.Support production engineering in preventive and corrective maintenance.Support monitoring engineering (HealthHub) in repairs.Elaborate technical breakdown reports and REX reports.Control software versions onboard electronic equipment.Analyze and implement predictive maintenance techniques.Maintain updated technical documentation of the tramway system.Manage obsolescence with suppliers.Follow up on repairs made by suppliers.Establish and implement training plans for the maintenance team.Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Labor Health norms.Generate material coding requests.Identify materials for purchase from non-captive suppliers.Plan and manage renovation projects of the tram system.Plan and manage tramway overhauls.Plan preventive maintenance.Industrialize tramway operations.Release
