Role Overview: We are seeking a Roll-out Manager / CRM Business Analyst to support the deployment and continuous improvement of our CRM solution to ensure that the CRM system meets business needs.
This role involves working within the Central project team based in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).
Key Responsibilities: CRM Solution Deployment & Roll-out: Support the deployment of CRM system, organizing workshops, gathering and prioritizing the needs.
Help defining and monitoring the business core model and blueprint approval for CRM implementation.
Project Management: Manage roadmap definition and follow-up, ensuring smooth roll-out and system adoption across all regions.
Manage project committees and ensure regular progress reporting.
Oversee UAT testing, ensuring functional validation and high-quality system performance.
Work with integration teams to ensure smooth data migration and impacted data identification.
Change Management & Communication: Execute the communication plan for stakeholders, ensuring regular updates on project progress.
Lead change management initiatives, including user training and the creation of comprehensive documentation.
Ensure alignment with the company's broader business model and strategy, particularly in relation to CRM deployment.
User Training & Support: Provide ongoing support to users post-deployment, including collecting feedback, managing user rights, and coordinating the CRM community.
Conduct additional training as required and ensure training documents are up to date.
Data Management & Reporting: Analyse data, validate reports, and ensure the accuracy of dashboards used for decision-making.
Lead efforts in performance measuring and reporting best practices across departments.
Profile: 5 years of experience in IT system deployment (preferably CRM) in a complex environment, with a strong focus on sales and marketing.
Strong skills in communication, analytics, and project management.
Fluency in English, with additional language skills (preferably French) highly desired.
Ability to manage multiple countries' deployment needs Proactive problem-solving and positive can-do attitude.
Willingness to travel.
