Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent for public associations will be:
Supporting political, governmental or similar associationsProviding consultancy, training and support for those clients regarding products and financial or operational questionsIdentifying opportunities for general optimizationUsing related tools (Salesforce, Excel etc.)Easing the communication between clients and different departments or the companySkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
A native level of German and at least B2-C1 level of EnglishPreferably having previous experience in customer service and social media marketingBeing able to provide pre and post-sales support for all productsKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required)What's in it for you:
