Your role We are seeking a dynamic and creative Revenue Manager to join our team. You will be mainly responsible for creating and implementing revenue management strategies, procedures and best practices to maximize its growth in our business line of Apartments, short term. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company. Your Journey Implement revenue management strategies, procedures and best practices. Monitor and forecast demand to ensure optimal availability and pricing throughout the year. Provide periodic dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances and budget comparisons. Market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends. Create, manage and implement a 12-month rolling demand calendar. Keep track of the evolution of sales and identify new revenue opportunities. Use analytical tools to maximize revenues and profit. Optimize the use of distribution channels to increase visibility and accessibility of properties in the global market. For us, every day is filled with purpose. What do you bring to your trip Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Revenue, Sales or a related field. Preferably a Master's degree in the field. Proven track record in a similar position in the hospitality industry (Apartments). Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language, preferably Spanish or another European language. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to interact with various levels both internally and externally. Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment. Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic. Flexible, resilient and adaptable to changes. Confident working in cross-functional teams. Comfortable in a start-up environment.
