The Opportunity Are you passionate about fashion and fragrances? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team working with luxury brands worldwide? We are looking for a motivated Retail Backend Technology Executive at Puig group level.
The candidate will be part of Global Retail & Digital Content Technology team whose main goal is to leverage exceptional omnichannel customer experiences by defining and providing innovative technologies while empowering brands and markets with efficient retail operations and insights.
What you'll get to do Overall support in the management of digital solutions to support and improve efficiency of retail execution and staff management including:
Contribute to the definition of the functional requirements, considering all relevant stakeholders' business needs and ensuring technical feasibility and tool adoption. Provide new functionalities and optimize existing features. Create training and technical documentation for future continuity in managing the retail applications. Test the new improvements and ensure that the data is accurately informed for the smooth functioning of system integrations. Work with solutions partners and internal stakeholders in a collaborative and agile way. Participate in retail projects meetings with our third parties. Support day-to-day critical issues reported by users. We'd love to meet you if you have Experience: Technical knowledge of SAP systems. Experience working with web apps, databases and programming languages like PHP with frameworks. Understanding of cloud infrastructure. Teamwork spirit and great ability to build relationships. Proactive attitude. Excellent communication, relationship management, presentation and writing skills. Education: Computer Engineering/Telecommunications University degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree from leading engineering or business school will be a plus.
Languages: Spanish and English professional proficiency.
Competencies: Passion for technology, fashion, and consumer experiences. Highly organized and disciplined, with proven multi-tasking ability. Strong analytical mind with process orientation. Team and action oriented. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with high energy, and a positive, winning attitude. Experience in Fashion & Luxury industry is a plus.
