You will be fully responsible for retail promoters' training and community building.Your Roles:Retail Promoters' Training & EngagementDevelop core training materials such as Brand, Products and Soft Skills for markets' trainingConduct TTT (Train the Trainer sessions) to all trainers in the markets about the new productMonitor and report on the training coverage at each market levelOperate vivo promoters Facebook community for info sharing & engagement & vivo loyalty programsRetail Promoters' EngagementCollect and analyze community engagement performance, identify solutions to improveRetail Workshop OperationLead quarterly retail workshops with vivo European markets networksYour profile includes:At least 3 years experience in training or community managementLogical & Clear information delivery & presentation skillsGood MS Office skills to structure ideas and deliver effectivelyProfessional drive and strong desire to learnExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Fluency in English, German or another European language is preferred
