Job Purpose The retail and mobility solution business is rapidly evolving into a more technological and digital environment. In order to consolidate and expand our current leading position in providing quality performance and management solutions to our partners, our retail sales force must evolve.
This evolution requires a high-performance Retail Business capable of maximizing our Partners performance via VC2 & VC3 as well as expanding the VC3 network where more profitable following the Company's expansion Plan.
We are looking for a Retail Consultant reporting directly to the Retail VC Manager, that will have full understanding of the POS management operations (reception, workshop, store, vendors, MKT…) as well as being an expert in implementing and optimizing the performance of the VC3 solution and all the tools which is composed. This is a regional role, based in Almería.
You will provide quality solutions and action plans to our current Partners network as well as permanently search for profitable business opportunities beyond the network by expanding our VC technology. Also, you will:
Promote, sell, implement and secure successful performance for First Stop VC3 program (Commercial oriented as defined in the First Stop model) across our Top Partners network, following 1st Stop expansion plan roadmap. Implementation of RPM model on partners with VC3 program.
