As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Dutch speaking Responsible Gaming Specialist for our team in a nice office in Poblenou, Barcelona The selected individual will be responsible to: Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, deciphering key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling Review customers on a daily basis, specifically to spot any concerning activities related to their game play Escalate cases to the relevant departments as required from time to time in accordance with internal procedures Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained as a part of the duty of care Work across multiple jurisdictions, mainly the Dutch market.
