What will you do?
Acordar, desarrollar y/o cumplimentar los objetivos marcados respecto a la producción, control de costes, satisfacción de clientes y eficacia de los procesos wellness.
Supervisar y controlar el cumplimiento de protocolos.
Coordinar las ofertas para la captación de clientes, diseño de promociones, etc., con la aprobación del Director del Hotel.
Gestionar al equipo de Spa (selección, acogida, integración, formación, turnos, bajas, altas, etc.).
Realizar los procesos administrativos y contables propios de la gestión de cobros de la recepción del SPA.
Planificar, aplicar, evaluar y realizar seguimiento de las actuaciones de mejora en la prestación de servicios propios del Centro Spa.
Gestionar y supervisar el aprovisionamiento de materiales y productos utilizados para el desarrollo de los servicios.
Supervisar la limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, avisando a la Gobernanta y al Jefe de mantenimiento de cualquier posible incidencia.
What are we looking for?
Formación requerida: Grado Universitario o Grado Superior especializado.
Experiencia mínima de dos años como responsable de SPA.
Habilidades comerciales.
Alta orientación al cliente.
Nivel de Inglés alto.
Se valorará conocimientos intermedios de paquete Office.
