Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This role focuses on supporting five South African Generalist Recruiters by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for a variety of roles.
The ideal candidate will excel in building pipelines, managing relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities: 1.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other innovative methods.
Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Candidate Management Prepare detailed candidate profiles and professional cover pages for submission to Recruitment Consultants.
Conduct thorough reference checks and gather feedback for candidate submissions.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration with Recruitment Team Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand job specifications, hiring preferences, and timelines.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sourcing strategies and candidate progress.
Ensure a smooth handover of shortlisted candidates to Recruitment Consultants for client submission.
4.
Interview Coordination Schedule interviews, confirm appointments with clients and candidates, and manage calendar invites.
Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure their attendance.
Provide feedback and coaching to candidates as needed.

CV and Cover Page Management Update and format candidate CVs to ensure a professional presentation.
Write compelling cover pages tailored to specific job requirements.

Vetting, Testing, and Referencing Conduct reference checks and pre-interview verifications.
Complete criminal and background checks before offers are finalized.
Ensure all vetting and testing are completed accurately and on time.

Data Management and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Manatal) and CRM (Close) systems.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
Use data insights to refine sourcing strategies and address challenges.

Compliance and Continuous Improvement Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Deliver a shortlist of candidates within 48 hours of job specification receipt.
Actively manage 10 roles per week.
Submit 30 qualified candidates weekly.
Facilitate 20 interviews per week.
Achieve 5 placements per month.
Maintain high-quality rankings from Business Development (BD) managers.
Skills and Competencies: Technical Skills: Proficient in ATS and CRM systems (Manatal and Close preferred), MS Office Suite, Linked In, and other sourcing platforms.
