Skills/Qualifications
Develop, write and edit scientific content in various formats (articles, blogs, videos, infographics, podcasts) to communicate research results and scientific concepts in an accessible and attractive way to the general and specialized public.
- Produce educational and informative material.
- Manage the publication and updating of content on digital platforms and social networks.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to create impactful visual materials.
- Provide support and advice to researchers in the communication of their results and in the development of scientific dissemination strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate science outreach activities and projects using performance and impact indicators to measure their effectiveness and improve communication strategies.
Specific Requirements
1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with aresidence and work permit in Spain.
2. Hold at least a Degree in Health Sciences, Journalism, Communication, Animation.
The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all thosethat demonstrate the aforementioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be carried out andthe assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad,
their homologation must necessarily be accredited.

Indefinite-term contract (art 23. Bis of law 14/2011 LCTI).
Full Time: 35 hours.
- Economic remuneration:
2,124.88 euros gross per month including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.

Eligibility criteria
1. Curricular assessment of merits and abilities (0-32 points)
Ability to communicate scientific concepts in a clear and accessible way to different audiences.
Knowledge in writing and editing scientific content for different media (blogs, social networks, articles, presentations).
Proficiency in the use of digital and multimedia tools for content creation (videos, infographics, podcasts).
Ability to advise researchers in the presentation and communication of their results.
Experience in the organization of scientific events and dissemination activities (conferences, workshops, science fairs, etc).
Ability to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to scientific dissemination activities.
Knowledge in management of digital platforms and social networks for the promotion of scientific activities.

Selection process
The selection process will be governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit and capacity, constituting for this purpose a selection body made up of representatives of the research group and the Technical Management Unit of the IBSAL. The selection process will consist of two phases:1. Phase of Analysis and curricular evaluation of all the applications received, classifying them on the basis of the best adaptation of the Curriculum Vitae to the established profile and compliance with the requirements.2. Personal interview:
at least the three candidates with the highest score in Phase 1 will be called, provided that the score in Phase 1 exceeds half plus one, the Selection Board may call more candidates for an interview.The Selection Board may propose that the vacancy be declared void if no candidate is suitable for the position.
