.Azure Engineer - Architecture & Operations (Openbank)We are seeking a talented Azure DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in architecting and building our global platform infrastructure. Openbank is the digital bank of the Santander Group, the largest financial entity in the Euro-zone and is in the middle of a digital transformation, working in start-up format and innovating in the development of core banking products from within. Open Digital Services is the tech company behind the leading digital banks and fintechs operating across Europe and North / South America.As an Azure Engineer you will design and implement solutions to automate code release, building almost from scratch a cutting edge global Azure platform to support international banking. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and independent team of engineers and other areas such as Architecture, QA, Product Management and Delivery to design and develop advanced capabilities.Mission and responsibilities :Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure components to support our global banking platform.Implement CI / CD pipelines using Azure for automated deployment and continuous integration of applications and services.Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications running on Azure.Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and availability of our platform.Drive best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery in the Azure environment.Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on Azure-related projects and initiatives.What are we looking for in this position?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Years of experience designing, implementing, and managing Azure infrastructure in a production environment.Hands-on experience with Azure, including building and managing CI / CD pipelines.Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools such as Terraform.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in Azure.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Nice to have :Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Engineer Expert.Experience working in the financial services industry or with regulatory compliance requirements.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.What do we offer?Immediate incorporation to a dynamic and agile company with a growth and expansion project.Working in start-up mode with the support of Grupo Santander.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package
