Offer Description
- Financial management and management of the scientific and technical results of the programme and the Quadrivium platform.
- Communication and support for the coordination of the consortium teams.
- Coordinate and manage all the scientific and training activities of the programme and the transfer and dissemination of its results.
- These functions are limited to the CAM project with reference: PHS-2024/PH-HUM-290.

Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's, graduate and/or master's degree in Humanities and/or History and information sciences.
- Experience in managing and applying for national, regional and international R&D projects is required.
- Experience working with national and international teams is an advantage.
- Experience managing and developing research, communication and knowledge transfer activities (seminars, congresses, publications, calls for scientific dissemination (Science Week, Researchers' Night, etc.
).
- Experience in coordinating and training staff would be an asset.
- Training and experience in the management of cultural activities such as temporary exhibitions.
- Training in research projection: impact indices and open science.
- Training and experience in communication sciences, website management (WordPress) and social networks.
- Training and experience in research support, especially in the humanities, would be an asset.
- Having worked in research centres abroad will be an asset.
- Experience in research support, projects and/or publications with ISBN, ISSN, etc.

- Experience of database management and historical documentation.
- Experience of cataloguing museum collections.
Specific Requirements
- Experience in museography and tourism would be an asset, as would complementary post-graduate training.
- Experience in other related academic activities would also be an asset.
- Experience of website management using WordPress, database, documentation software and historical documentation and cataloguing software.
- Knowledge of the administrative procedures of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid would be an advantage.
