The selected candidates will have responsibility for ensuring the accessibility, usability, integrity, and security of biomedical data throughout its lifecycle in different projects, beyond the individual project level to include the management of data assets across different research communities.Women candidates are especially encouraged to apply.Key DutiesParticipate in data management planning for research projects, including data storage, backup, and archiving strategies.Facilitate data sharing and collaboration among research teams, both within the organization and with external partners.Implement and promote best practices in data stewardship and management, ensuring data is findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable (FAIR).Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.Provide training and support to researchers on data management best practices and tools.RequirementsEducationMSc in data science, bioinformatics, or a related field.Alternatively, demonstrated experience in data management and stewardship.Essential Knowledge and Professional ExperienceExperience in data stewardship and research data management.Familiarity with FAIR data principles and best practices in data quality management.Familiarity with data analysis with R, Python or SQL.Understanding of the regulatory requirements related to biomedical data management.Additional Knowledge and Professional ExperienceFluency in spoken and written English.CompetencesExcellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and within a team
