In Barcelona, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globallyResponsibilitiesOur Research Team works alongside the Executive Consultants and conducts research to map the market, identification of c-level candidates. Specifically is responsible for:Define and participate in search strategyActive involvement in selection process: identification of target companies, headhunting, conducting first candidate interviews, preparing candidate reports and organization of client interviewsDevelopment of the network and relation management of candidates, using various resources (in-house database, LinkedIn and other online portals)Support and participation in client meetingsAd hoc project administration dutiesThe successful candidateYou have experience in (C-level) recruitment or related commercial field, further you have:Holder of bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Human Resources, Psychology)Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders (internal & external) across levelsFluency in English is a mustCommercial acumen (stays alert for commercial opportunities and market information)Possess competences and qualities such as: structure, curiosity and autonomyWhat's on offerOpportunity to step into a very multinational environment and become part of an international network of Executive Researchers.
