The activities include:Preparing a database for the projectPerforming initial statistical analyses of the relevant variablesReplicating the investment strategies being exploredReviewing and commenting on the article preparedThe activities also include:Periodic updating of the research databasesSearches for relevant literature for the articles in progressDealing with well-known databases such as Bloomberg, Datastream, Eikon-Reuters, and WRDS (Previous knowledge of them is desirable but not essential; the basics of them can be learned through Library support.
)High proficiency in the English language, especially written.

)Interest in conducting applied research in the field of finance.Proficiency in Excel is essential.
