Research And Development Scientist

Agarose Bead Technologies, a major manufacturer of agarose resins for the biopharma industry, is seeking a full- time R&D Scientist.A successful candidate will: - Work independently in a team to plan, execute, analyze results, trouble-shoot, document, summarize experiments, and ensure high data quality.- Record, compile, and present activities as results in the required format.- Manage and execute, in a semi-autonomous way, limited scope projects (evaluation, management, formulation, tests, analysis and interpretation, report and conclusion).- Participate in the execution of large-scale projects.- Capable of being a specialist in ABT chromatography technology.- Apply assigned test methods in accordance with established quality procedures.- Pay attention to detail and housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment.Skills: Education level and experience: o A BSc and/or Master's degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymer sciences or similar with 5+ years industry experience in the field.or o A Ph D's degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymer sciences or similar with 2+ years industry experience in the field.
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in product development of chromatography resin- based technologies and/or immobilization of molecules and ligands.
- Fluent English level is a plus.
- Flexible, eye for detail, tidy, neat, and organized.
- Committed and enthusiastic.
- Good organizational skills, ability to work on own initiative and priorities workload.Location : Torrejón de Ardoz.Madrid (100% presencial)
