Research And Development Scientist

Agarose Bead Technologies, a major manufacturer of agarose resins for the biopharma industry, is seeking a full- time R&D Scientist.
A successful candidate will:Work independently in a team to plan, execute, analyze results, trouble-shoot, document, summarize experiments, and ensure high data quality.Record, compile, and present activities as results in the required format.Manage and execute, in a semi-autonomous way, limited scope projects (evaluation, management, formulation, tests, analysis and interpretation, report and conclusion).Participate in the execution of large-scale projects.Capable of being a specialist in ABT chromatography technology.Apply assigned test methods in accordance with established quality procedures.Pay attention to detail and housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment.Skills:Education level and experience:o A BSc and/or Master's degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymer sciences or similar with 5+ years industry experience in the field.oro A PhD's degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymer sciences or similar with 2+ years industry experience in the field.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in product development of chromatography resin- based technologies and/or immobilization of molecules and ligands.Fluent English level is a plus.Flexible, eye for detail, tidy, neat, and organized.Committed and enthusiastic.Good organizational skills, ability to work on own initiative and priorities workload.Location : Torrejón de Ardoz.
