Sener's mission is to serve its clients and society by providing advanced, accurate, and effective engineering solutions that improve its clients' businesses and facilitate society's access to competitive, safe, sustainable, and state-of-the-art services, equipment, and utilities.Sener aspires to incorporate people with the greatest talent and vocation, guiding their human and professional development through growing responsibilities and challenges.We believe in our professionals and support their performance, offering an environment with sufficient freedom to motivate individual initiatives that add value to operations and improve Sener.We trust the best to lead, avoiding any discrimination and demanding not only professional aptitude and results but also exemplary conduct, teamwork, dedication, and commitment.At Sener we know that, with the right people on board, everything is possible.We are currently seeking a Requirements Manager for Large Infrastructure Projects (Madrid / Barcelona / Bilbao).Responsibilities- Manage the identification of requirements for each discipline (leaded by each Discipline Requirement Owner / Engineer) in line with the Requirements Management Procedure.- Manage the identification of requirements sources and rationale.- Define acceptance criteria for requirements.- Ensure consistency, accuracy and maintenance of Project requirements by communicating changes, revisions, non-compliances, departures, etc., to the Requirements Team.- System requirement definition and subsystem de-composition.- Manage requirements and verification analysis via established tools and methodologies.- Review and acceptance of compliance evidence against requirement within their area of responsibility to establish requirements acceptance and progressive assurance.- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints (DOORS Rational, Compliance Matrix, Verification Matrix and other similar tools for the demonstration of requirements achievement).- Undertake technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses at all levels of total system 'product' to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.- Preparation of documentation with the end goal of system qualification and product certification.- Overall direction for the development of the Requirements Management Database.- Setting of the Requirements Management Database structure.- Chairing of the Requirements Database configuration management meeting.Education & Skills Requirements- Software / Systems / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineer with a holistic, systemic view of the projects.- Experience in the application of ISO / IEC / IEEE 15288: 2015 Systems and software engineering System life cycle processes.- Experience in the use and management of IBM DOORS and DOORS Next Generation.- Minimum 5 years of experience in Requirements Management tasks.- Proactive, can-do attitude.- Travel availability.- Fluent English.Recommended- Knowledge of Systems Engineering methods, tools, and processes.- INCOSE certification (ASEP / CSEP / ESEP).What we'll love about youThis role is strategically important to our future growth and impact in Australia.
