Mission and Responsibilities: Support the Budget & Reporting Manager in all activities related to reporting and financials. Automate data processes for reporting and the incentive program. Optimize the process of collecting data, analyzing sources, and building the necessary data structure to manage all the information efficiently. Timely execute the entire quarterly incentive program. Allocate the monthly sales targets to the commercial teams and calculate each employee's results and incentives. Timely deliver the results to the HR and Compliance Departments, meeting the quarterly deadlines. Assist in all reporting and financial tasks, such as authorizing invoices and making expenditure requests. Handle the expense requests and follow up on the expense authorizations. Support team members in the dashboard elaboration processes (sales, activity, and others). To be successful in the role you must have: +2 years of experience in a similar position with a strong focus on Excel. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business) or FP certification. Advanced computer skills and strong Excel experience: macros programming and use of statistical packages for data analysis. VBA, SQL, or similar programming skills. Access and Power BI expertise. B2 or similar English level. Strong analytical skills with an ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail. Able to work as a team, communicating and sharing findings with team members. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions proactively. Highly motivated candidate with sound judgment, able to handle confidential information, integrity, and a solid work ethic. What do we offer?
